   SERVICES

01 Services & Spaces

Services & Spaces /

You may have spent a long time trying to make sense of what you feel, or finding words that help someone else understand it. You might know exactly what you want to work on. You might only know that something feels heavy, tangled, or ready to change. Wherever we begin, we can slow down and look together. We can notice the paths you have taken, the parts of you that learned to keep going, and what might need care now.

My approach is integrative, relational, and evidence-informed. I draw from EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, ACT, attachment perspectives, mindfulness, and somatic practices. Together, we consider what supports your needs, preferences, and readiness, while making room for your relationships, environment, and ways of understanding yourself.

Explore the ways we can work together.

Individual Therapy

I work with adults navigating trauma, grief, neurodivergence, chronic illness, identity, relationships, and life transitions. Our work is shaped by what matters to you. Sometimes that means finding steadier ground in the present. Sometimes it means returning to an old story with more support, or making space for a part of yourself that has had very little room.

Sessions: 60 or 90 minutes

ADHD, AuDHD + Autism

Too much noise. Too many demands. Too much to notice, remember, or hold at once. And somehow, the feeling that you are still not doing enough. For many people with ADHD, AuDHD, or autism, life can hold both experiences at the same time. You may have learned to hide how overwhelmed you feel, push through when you need rest, or question your needs because they seem different from the people around you. We can slow down and get curious about what is happening beneath the overwhelm. Together, we can make sense of your patterns, notice what drains and restores you, and find ways to live with more room for your whole self.

Sessions: 60 or 90 minutes

Trauma + Complex Trauma

Sometimes trauma is tied to one event. Sometimes it is woven through years of having to stay alert, adapt, or make yourself smaller to feel safe. You may understand what happened and still feel its echo in your body, your relationships, or the way you see yourself. We can take time to notice what helped you survive and what those ways of coping may be costing you now. I draw from EMDR, parts work, and body-based approaches, but we do not have to begin by telling the hardest parts of your story. We can begin by building a sense of safety together and listening for what you are ready to explore.

Sessions: 60 or 90 minutes

EMDR Therapy

Some experiences continue to feel close, even when they happened years ago. EMDR can help us work with memories, emotions, and beliefs that still carry a charge. We will spend time understanding what feels safe, building resources, and finding a pace that allows you to stay connected to yourself as we work.

Sessions: 60 or 90 minutes

EMDR + IFS-informed
Parts Work

You may recognize different pulls within yourself: one part ready to move forward, another unsure whether it is safe. I bring EMDR and parts work together to listen to those protective responses and understand what they have been carrying. We do not have to force a part of you aside to make room for change.

Sessions: 60 or 90 minutes

EMDR + the ICoNN Model

When trauma is layered, it can be difficult to see where one experience ends and another begins. I have training in Paul Miller’s ICoNN model, an approach to EMDR that helps us look at connections between trauma, dissociation, and experiences of psychosis. We can take time to understand your experiences in the context of your life, build the support you need, and consider together whether trauma processing is right for you. You deserve to be met with curiosity and care, especially when what you are experiencing has been difficult to explain or has been misunderstood.

Sessions: 60 or 90 minute Sessions

IADC + Grief

Grief can leave so much unfinished: words you wish you had said, questions you still carry, or a longing to feel close to someone who has died. Induced After-Death Communication (IADC) is a grief-focused approach adapted from EMDR. We make space for the sadness of the loss and for whatever meaning or felt sense of connection may emerge. Experiences vary, and a particular experience or outcome cannot be promised. You do not need to hold a particular belief about what happens after death. Before beginning, we will discuss the approach, its developing evidence base, potential benefits and limitations, and other options for grief support.

Sessions: Two 90 minute Sessions

Creative Arts + ADHD /
Neurodivergent Coaching

Sometimes a drawing, a map, or a visual pattern can show us something that is hard to put into words. In coaching, we can explore the places where daily life feels frustrating or overwhelming and create supports that make sense for your mind and life. We can also pay attention to your curiosity, creativity, and the ways you already know how to find your way.

ADHD and neurodivergent coaching focuses on practical supports for daily life, including task initiation, planning, transitions, routines, and creative goals. We can use drawings, maps, and visual tools to explore what helps you move through your day with more clarity and less overwhelm. Coaching is a separate service from psychotherapy and does not include mental health diagnosis or treatment. Before beginning, we will clarify the service, its limits, and whether coaching or therapy better addresses what you need.

Consultation + Visual Resources

I work with therapists and other helping professionals to create visual tools and therapeutic materials. My background in art and visual communication shapes this work: I’m interested in giving form to experiences that can feel difficult to explain, and making something a person can return to when they need it.

Beginning Together

If you are unsure which service speaks to what you need, you can tell me a little about what has been happening. We can begin with that.

The Process

My approach is integrative, soul-tending, and evidence-based. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and depth-oriented practices like Jungian psychology and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT).

Integrative Pathways of Therapeutic Processing:
/  EMDR→ bilateral stimulation, embodied processing, memory reconsolidation
/ Somatic → interoception (eighth sense)
/ IFS → parts, embodiment, and narrative
/ EFIT → emotional processing and attachment
/ ACT → values, mindfulness, and present-moment contact
/ Existential → relational presence and meaning-making
(mind/body/social/spiritual)
/ Feminist → systems awareness and relational power dynamics
/ Jungian → symbolism, archetypal identity, unconscious patterning, and meaning-making
/ IADC → grief processing, compassionate imagery, and continuing bonds
/ Creative Expression → visual & symbolic pathways beyond words
